Welcome to Palm Beach Point!

Palm Beach Point is a gated equestrian residential community located on over 800 acres in the Village of Wellington in Palm Beach County, Florida.  When you enter into Palm Beach Point you pass through the gated cobblestone entrance and begin to enjoy a very unique equestrian neighborhood. The winding main street is lined with majestic oak trees as are the side streets which are cozy quiet cul de sacs. Many of these residential homes also have spectacular stables and state of the art equestrian facilities.

With a minimum lot size of 5 acres, Palm Beach Point is the ideal location in Sunny South Florida for equestrian activities.   The Village of Wellington is a world renowned Equestrian destination for international hunter/jumper show jumping, dressage and polo.  It is estimated that over 15,000 horses visit Wellington each Equestrian show season. 

 

Palm Beach Point residents enjoy a convenient location with close proximity to the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, host to the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) showground.  WEF hosts world renowned equestrian events including weekly Grand Prix show jumping classes and major dressage events featuring the World’s top ranked riders. Palm Beach Point residents are also less than 5 miles from the International Polo Club where the world’s finest Polo players compete in tournaments every week from January through April. 

 

Palm Beach Point is part of the extensive 65 mile Wellington Bridle trail system, with convenient access to the Wellington Environmental Preserve at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Everglades Habitat (Section 24). This park is a 365-acre rainwater storage area with nature trails, a learning centers and a 3.6 mile perimeter Equestrian Trail.  It is also only a short car ride to the Palm Beach International Airport, the world famous Worth Avenue, and magnificent south Florida beaches.
